The following airline discounts are for Registered and Confirmed TravelMart LatinAmerica delegates only. Any passengers obtaining these discounts and not registered for the event are subject to cancellation of their tickets.  Flights are very full this time of the year.  We suggest that you arrange your airline transportation as soon as possible.

NOTE:  TravelMart LatinAmerica will be offering Airport/Hotel Transfers from UIO (Quito's International Airport) on September 9 and 10 ONLY and return transfers on  September 13 ONLY.

American Airlines - Official TravelMart LatinAmerica Airline

 

American Airlines pleased to support William H. Coleman, Inc. by providing discounted airline transportation for Registered and Confirmed delegates attending the 32nd Annual TravelMart LatinAmerica taking place in Quito, Ecuador, September 10, 11 & 12, 2008.  American Airlines encourages delegates to book their flights as soon as possible since flights are looking full this time of the year.

American Airlines will be offering the following round trip airfares to Quito or Guayaquil (excluding taxes/surcharges):

· $225 USD from the USA and Canada
· $325 USD from the Caribbean, Mexico and Latin America
· $325 USD from Europe, Asia, Pacific

IMPORTANT!!  These fares on American Airlines DO NOT include taxes and surcharges or $30 AA Ticketing Fee. 

The following Conditions/Restrictions apply: 

· Travel is authorized for the dates of Sept 01 - Sept 24, 2008 ONLY.
· Tickets are not refundable and changes cannot be made once issued.
· Tickets must be issued by AA and are valid on AA only - no codeshares.
· Travel is valid in coach class only with no upgrades.  
· No deviations or stopovers allowed.  
· No AAdvantage mileage may be accrued.  
· All passengers must have a Registration Number (provided by William. H. Coleman, Inc.) at the time of booking.  
· Advance purchase by August 20, 2008 is required.  Booking class - V.
· A $30 USD Ticketing Transaction Fee will apply per PNR.

Tickets must be booked and issued by American Airlines.

Registered Delegates traveling from the USA and Canada must contact American Airlines Meeting Services at 1-866-269-5008 to reserve your ticket. Refer to Star File: S7198AD. Please have your assigned William H. Coleman, Inc. Registration Number ready (Example: S-### or B-###).  

Registered Delegates traveling from outside of the USA and Canada should contact Sandra Ibarra at William H. Air Comet

Air Comet will offer all delegates attending this year's TravelMart LatinAmerica a discount of 75% on their services to/from Ecuador. This discount will be available one week before the show starts and up to 2 weeks after the show to accommodate those delegates taking advantage of pre/post tours.  Air Comet flies to Ecuador from various destinations.

Delegates wishing to take advantage of this discount, must contact any Air Comet ticket office for reservations and payment, quote TMLA and supply a confirmation copy of their registration. This discount will not apply to promotional or net fares.

TACA Airlines

TACA Airlines will provide special discounts to those TACA Wholesalers and TACA Vacaciones agencies interested in attending TMLA in Quito.

Procedures for agents to request passes for Travel Mart LatinAmerica – Quito 2008

• Agents must be registered in TMLA.
• Agents must have IATA cards.
• Agents must send via email the request for passes or discounts with copy of the registration.
• Agents must indicate in the email following information: Name of agent, Agency, route requested, flight requested, date of travel, contacts.
