Participating Airline Information

The following airline discounts are for Registered and Confirmed TravelMart LatinAmerica delegates only. Any passengers obtaining these discounts and not registered for the event are subject to cancellation of their tickets.  Flights are very full this time of the year - so we suggest that you arrange your airline transportation as soon as possible.

NOTE:  Airport transfers from the international airport in Cartagena (CTG) to Host Hotels are available on the official Arrival Days of September 11 and 12 ONLY.  Return transfers are available on September 15 ONLY.  If you are arriving or departing other days, please contact your hotel for recommended transportation from/to the airport. 

Also, Some airlines offering discounts may only have flights to Bogota (BOG), Panama City (PTY), or another city, and you will be required to use another airline to arrive at the final destination of Cartagena (CTG).
