HOTEL ASSIGNMENTS  -  Reservations for the program dates of September 10, 11 & 12, 2008 only, will be made for each Buyer, by William H. Coleman, Inc., upon receipt of your registration form and payment.   NOTE: Accommodations do not include room taxes, gratuities, or incidentals.

EXTENSION RATES FOR BUYERS - For accommodations prior to or after the program dates, Buyers must make reservations directly with the hotel of their choice.  The rates below are for all participating hotels and are valid 3  days prior (September 7-9, 2008) and 3 days after (September 13-15, 2008) the program dates.  At the hotel's request, you may be required to fax a copy of your confirmation letter as verification of registration for the event.  Rates are in $USD and do not include taxes (12% tax and 10% service), gratuities or incidentals.  There is a deadline on these rates of August 10, 2008.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR BUYERS:  The Quito Visitors Bureau is looking forward to welcoming ALL Buyers Wednesday, September 10th to the Official Opening Reception. If you are not planning a Pre-Tour or if your flight is arriving late in the evening on September 10th, the Quito Visitors Bureau will host you for an additional day so that you can arrive on September 9th. To take advantage of this additional “early arrival” opportunity, we will make hotel arrangements at your confirmed TravelMart LatinAmerica hotel for the night of the 9th at no charge (excluding taxes and incidentals) and arrange a City Tour for you on the 10th - giving you an opportunity to attend the Welcome Reception!!!  Please contact William H.
