HOTEL ASSIGNMENTS - Reservations for the program dates of September 12, 13 & 14, 2012 ONLY will be made for each Buyer by William H. Coleman, Inc. (WHC, Inc.) upon receipt of your registration form and payment. Please contact our Sales Department for your assigned hotel - sales@whcoleman.com.
NOTE: Accommodations DO NOT include breakfast (unless noted), service fees, gratuities, taxes, or incidentals.EXTENSION RATES FOR BUYERS - For accommodations prior to or after the program dates, Buyers must make reservations directly with the hotel of their choice. The rates below are for all participating hotels and are valid 3 nights prior (September 9-11, 2012) and 3 nights after (September 15-17, 2012) the program dates. At the hotel's request, you may be required to email or fax a copy of your confirmation letter as verification of registration for the event. We do not recommend to wait until the deadline to confirm your additional hotel nights since many hotels will fill up fast. The deadline for making additional night reservations at the rates below is July 31, 2012. Thereafter, reservations will be based on rate and space availability. Rates are in US Dollars.
