How To Request Appointments With Suppliers
Using the On-Line Appointments Request System

How to Request Business Appointments with Suppliers:

1.       Review the Supplier Marketing Profiles Section in your Official Directory (Sections V and VI).  These sections contain sales/marketing information about every registered Supplier organization.  Each full-page profile includes Delegate name(s) and title(s), mailing and EMAIL addresses, telephone and fax numbers, plus a summary of sales and service data.

2.       To request appointments, use the company's registration number located at the top of each Supplier page in the Directory.  Using the Appointment Request Form Online, type each Supplier Registration Number (one per line, Example: S-001) that you want to request an appointments with, in order of importance.  By requesting 60 or more appointments, you increase your chance of receiving a full appointment schedule during TravelMart LatinAmericaAll delegates from your office should be selecting appointments. Please prioritize your appointment selections - your first selection should be the Supplier company that is most important to your business. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE SELECTMATCH SYSTEM SCHEDULES "PERFECTMATCH" APPOINTMENTS FIRST (When a buyer and a supplier request each other) AND THEN SCHEDULES BUYER REQUESTS. THIS SYSTEM MAKES SURE YOU SEE ONLY THE PEOPLE THAT YOU WANT TO MEET!   

3.       Every Buyer Delegate has an individual schedule and Delegates from the same company cannot share the same Supplier appointment.  Buyer Delegates from the same company must use their personalized Appointment Request Form and request individual appointments. 

4.       Buyers may request double, or "back-to-back" appointments.  During a double appointment, the normal 15-minute appointment period is extended to 30 minutes.   For all double requests, please write the Supplier company's number back-to-back on the Request Form.  Double Appointments are only scheduled at the Buyer's request. 

5.       Please complete the Appointment Request Form by clicking the "Submit Requests" button at the bottom of the form or email your requests to sales@whcoleman.com 

6.       Appointment schedules will be FAXED or EMAILED to your company one week before the event.

Your appointment requests MUST be received by 5:00pm (EDT), Friday, August 19, 2011

Appointments received after the deadline or are not submitted, will result in not having Pre-scheduled Appointments when you arrive.
