"Buyer to Buyer" & "Supplier to Supplier" Business Sessions
Added to TravelMart LatinAmerica Activities!

We are pleased to announce that a productive and popular component of past TravelMart LatinAmerica Events is being re-introduced at this year's Event in Quito, Ecuador, September 12 - 14.

"Buyer to Buyer" and "Supplier to supplier" table top pre-scheduled appointments will be held Wednesday afternoon, September 12, at the Convention Center.

TravelMart LatinAmerica confirmed delegates are automatically eligible to participate, and they do NOT have to complete additional registration forms.

There is NO additional charge for this "value added" activity!

Many delegates at last year's TravelMart LatinAmerica are telling us that the "Buyer to Buyer" and "Supplier to Supplier" business sessions have been very valuable for them, and they suggest holding them again. We are listening!

15 minute Buyer-Buyer and Supplier-Supplier appointments will be pre-scheduled from 2:00 - 4:00 on Wednesday, September 12, at the Convention Center.

Buyers will be able to request pre-scheduled appointments with other Buyers, and Suppliers will be able to request pre-scheduled appointments with other Suppliers using the existing William H. Coleman, Inc. exclusive "Select-Match" system on the official Event web site: www.travelmartlatinamerica.com. These additional business sessions will be held in a special meeting room in the Convention Center.
