Professionals Expected To Attend
TravelMart LatinAmerica 2007
In Quito, Ecuador

Florida, USA & Quito, Ecuador) Over 900 Tour Operator Buyers from
primary markets around the world and Travel Industry Suppliers from
Latin America are expected to attend the 31st Annual
TravelMart LatinAmerica ’07 in Quito, Ecuador, September 12, 13,
14, 2007 at the Centro de Convenciones Quito.
This prestigious
tourism business development Event was inaugurated in 1978, and it has
never been held in Cartagena. TravelMart LatinAmerica 2006 was held in
Panama City, Panama.
Over 250 Tour Operator
“Buyers” from the world’s most important markets, including the United
States, Canada, Europe, Asia, and the Pacific, and over 250 Suppliers
Companies from all Latin America destinations attend each year. The
Event features an exclusive Select-Match “pre-scheduled appointments
system” that arranges meetings between “Buyers and Suppliers” in
advance. Almost 6,000 appointments are traditionally pre-scheduled for
every TravelMart LatinAmerica Event.

LatinAmerica 2007 business sessions will be held at the Centro de Convenciones Quito. Delegates will be staying in Cartagena at
participating 4 and 5 star hotels including Hotel Almirante, Hotel
Capilla del Mar, Hotel Caribe, Hotel Cartagena Plaza, Hotel Charleston,
Hotel Dann Cartagena, Hotel Hilton, Hotel Las Americas, Hotel Monterrey,
Hotel Sofitel Santa Clara.
Special Pre and Post
Tours will be offered so that delegates can personally experience the
Cartagena region, as well as other destinations in Colombia.
Cartagena is fast
becoming one of the most important vacation options in Latin America.

Ministry of Tourism, Proexport Colombia, and Corporacion Turismo Cartagena de Indias
will be the Official Host, and will coordinate local support services.

Country Airline, are offering special promotional fares for Buyers and
Suppliers. Almost all airlines serving Colombia and Cartagena from
worldwide markets are also participating by offering special TravelMart
LatinAmerica airfares.
