Please contact the hotel of your choice directly. Ground transportation will be available only from the below host hotels. The deadline for making reservations is August 10, 2008. Thereafter, reservations will be based on rate and space availability. Rates are in US Dollars and do not includes taxes or service fees (12% tax and 10% service).
