Pre and Post Tour Information

Pre & Post Tours are now available to TravelMart LatinAmerica registered and confirmed delegates. SPECIAL NOTE FOR BUYERS:  The Quito Visitors Bureau is looking forward to welcoming ALL Buyers Wednesday, September 10th to the Official Opening Reception. If you are not planning a Pre-Tour or if your flight is arriving late in the evening on September 10th, the Quito Visitors Bureau will host you for an additional day so that you can arrive on September 9th. To take advantage of this additional “early arrival” opportunity, we will make hotel arrangements at your confirmed TravelMart LatinAmerica hotel for the night of the 9th at no charge (excluding taxes and incidentals) and arrange a City Tour for you on the 10th - giving you an opportunity to attend the Welcome Reception!!!  Please contact William H.
